Hajna Dér-Kisvarga holds a degree in psychology and has nearly two decades of experience in training, talent development, and organizational growth. Over the course of her career, she has held national and regional leadership roles across various industries, including at E.ON Hungária, British American Tobacco, Coca-Cola Hellenic, and the Hungarian subsidiary of Erste Bank.

She has played a key role in supporting organizations through complex business and transitional periods, such as the acquisition and integration of Citi Bank’s retail division into Erste Bank, managing the COVID-19 pandemic, leading multiple cultural transformation programs, and overseeing the implementation of new systems in Hungary and neighboring countries.

She joined Richter Gedeon Plc. in 2022, where she currently heads the company’s training development and recruitment efforts.
