Dr László Magor Lőrincz

Neurobiologist, habilitated associate professor, Doctor of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences Deputy Director of Research at the Department of Physiology, University of Szeged Lead Researcher at Innoscience Hungary

Dr László Magor Lőrincz is a neurobiologist specializing in the functioning of cortical networks and the neurophysiological foundations of sleep and attention. His scientific career includes work at internationally renowned institutions such as Cardiff University and the Champalimaud Centre for the Unknown in Lisbon. He currently leads his own research group at the University of Szeged. His contributions have been recognized through several prestigious fellowships, including support from the Wellcome Trust, Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions, and the Human Frontier Science Program.
