Ábel Bojár is an economist and political scientist with a PhD from the London School of Economics. He continued his academic career at the European University Institute in Florence, contributing to international research projects on European electoral behaviour, using public opinion data and survey methodology. He is the author of two books and several academic publications.

In Hungary, he served as Director of Research at the 21 Research Centre and now holds the same position at Europion (Opinio Institute Ltd.). His main professional focus is on strengthening data quality and innovating public opinion research practices. At Europion, he has led several projects examining public attitudes towards technology and innovation in Hungary.
