Karoly Szipka is the founder and CEO of IPercept, where he leads a dedicated team delivering the predictive AI platform for maintenance and production teams.

He holds a PhD in diagnostics and prognostics of metalworking machines from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, where his research was initiated in close collaboration with leading Swedish industrial firms searching for solutions to complex maintenance challenges.

After over five years of applied research and hands-on collaboration with manufacturers, Karoly transformed the research into a viable, industrial-grade technology and later into a fast-growing deep tech company.
