Mátyás Pótsa
Director of Innovation Ecosystem at the Bosch Group in Hungary

After graduating from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, Mátyás Pótsa joined the Budapest Development Center of Robert Bosch Kft. He has held leadership roles since 2014, initially being responsible for establishing and leading a quality assurance team for automotive sensors and control electronics. In 2016, he took over the engineering leadership and technical production support for transmission control units, and from 2018 he served as director of transmission control unit production. In 2021, he became the head of the Innovation Ecosystem Department. His strategic goal is to develop domestic higher education and to facilitate effective and mutually beneficial cooperation between the academic sector and industry players. He is working on establishing collaborations from which the entire domestic higher education system can benefit, allowing participants to jointly shape the future of science and industry. In his vision for the innovation ecosystem, corporate and startup innovation processes and their continuous development are also featured, alongside active and motivated participation in industrial digitalization and artificial intelligence projects.
