He graduated as a technical manager from Széchenyi István University, where he first established a professional connection with Bosch as the team leader of the student racing team, Arrabona Racing Team.
He began his career in 2020 in Bosch’s leadership development program, where he worked on strategic partnerships, organizational development, and AI-based manufacturing projects. As part of the program, he spent several months in Germany and Mexico, contributing to startup collaborations and digital developments within Bosch’s international innovation ecosystem — including the Berlin-based Startup Harbour program and the Connectory hubs in Stuttgart and Guadalajara.
Between 2022 and 2025, he worked in the innovation management team at the Budapest Engineering Center, supporting internal projects and external partnerships. In his current role, he is responsible for professional and strategic tasks related to the technical operations, infrastructure, and development directions of Bosch’s sites in Hungary. His work is defined by a strong commitment to innovation, international collaboration, and long-term, sustainable value creation.
